GpgOL: PGP Inline with attachments might take wrong part for body

Description

Just noticed this while testing. Sometimes GpgOL tries to decrypt the wrong attachment. Not the MOSS attachment but some added attachment.

This might result in a broken body beeing shown.

When switching away from the mail and back this is resolved. Maybe some sync problem after creating the MOSS attachment?

This is fixed now with ef038f2d1db15ef14c238137c1c42a99bbe25f42 initially we only took the first attachment. Now we check for the position of the created MOSS attachment. This explains why a second try worked because the MOSS was already created.
