Description

Do a new release of gpg 1.4 which installs gpg by default as gpg1. Also do not build keyserver stuff by default.
to further avoid its use.

Just a heads up to everyone, Fedora is moving forward with this change for Fedora 30 (currently rawhide). https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1656282 is the bug tracking it.

That is good.

For the next release I also plan to disable support for keyservers and the external photoviewer. The keyserver helpers will go ways also. We have not done anything in these areas and due to the recent problems with the keyservers some work would be needed.
