Description

So far in GPA, you cannot create the max strength 4096-bit keys. only 3072 bit keys are currently supported.

Also, add support for the new EC keys in GPG 2.1

It is likely that gpa will be changed to always use the default algorithm. Users who have special requirements will need to use gpg on the command line.
