You should add expandable folders and subfolders in the Keyring manager window for GPA. This should be a purely cosmetic feature that will make keeping track of keys, especially if you have hundreds of them easier. An idea is to simply store folder data as an XML file in the config dir listing what keys should be displayed inside what folders.
