In OpenPGP card V3 specification, push button to acknowledge PSO/AUTH operation can be supported.
This requires a bit of enhancement in CCID protocol, if we want to implement the feature with better support by host side software.
The idea is: enhancing "Timer extension" request with a flag bit (non-standard yet) to express user I/O, host side can have information if it is waiting computation or user interaction.
