Kleopatra not starting

Description

I am on Windows 10 x64 and Kleopatra is not starting up, it shows the icon on the tray, but cannot left click or right click it never opens, same with gpa, I tried reinstalling and deleting the keys, but it seems not to work.

Strange, do you have any unusual Group Policies or some "Security Software" that might interfere with the running of GPA / Kleopatra (they open a local socket).

Also can you please run debugview: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/debugview.aspx and then start Kleopatra and post the Kleopatra relevant messages here? Maybe there is something to see in that output.

no i have not any software that interfieres.
