Description

Webpages claiming to be valid XHTML, complete with W3
icons, should actually validate. One page that does not
is http://www.gnupg.org/why-not-idea.html

Write valid XHTML.

border=0 attribute, added by WML's <href>, is now forcebly
removed to comply with W3C.
