Description

Gnupg 1.2.6 does not automatically create ~/.gnupg if it does not exist. Earlier versions (e.g. 1.2.1) were tested and they operated correctly.

How To Repeat

1. Remove or move aside ~/.gnupg.
2. Run "gpg --gen-key".
3. Key generation fails as ~/.gnupg does not exist.

Fix

Use a shell script wrapper to create ~/.gnupg if it does not exist, or manually create ~/.gnupg.
