For a user after installation on the first start of Kleopatra "Loading Certificates" hung. The user had to logout / login again to solve this. This sounds to me very much like a gpg-agent hang / deadlock somehow.

I can't reproduce this on my test systems. Maybe some more tries will lead to this if it is a race / timing issue.
