Description

The gpg-agent does not cache an entered passpahrase, even if
"default-cache-ttl 3600" is set. Works with at least 1.9.10

How To Repeat

Only reproduced it with ghe gpgme-interface from KMail.

Fix

Use the current CVS version or wait a few days for 1.9.15.
