When gnuPG sign a Doc document does not control if dynamic fields in it exist. This is a bug of digital signature, I resolved with a plugin, you can download this tool on this address http://oaicstef.altervista.org/projects.htm. I modified the g10.c file to work with my plug-in,too.

No sure what you mean with that. GnuPG does not care about
the data it processes. If you need to filter out certain
parts of a document, you need to do this with different
software but there will never be content filtering/plugins
in GnuPG. One tool - one task.
Please do not load presentations into a bug tracker. And
well, we don't really speak Italian so it is useless anyway.
