gpgol should make it easy to attach the user's key

Description

Ideally, it would be great to stuff the user's minimized key in an autocrypt-style header when sending messages with GpgOL.

Barring that, it would be great to make it easy to attach the user's key to the current message as an ascii-armored file of Content-Type: application/pgp-keys

Good to hear this request from someone else, this gives it more priority :-).

The feature itself is already on the wishlist in T4090 I'm planning to add a "Public Key" entry to Outlooks "Message->Attach Item" splitbutton.
