GpgOL: Add "Save decrypted copy"

Description

KMail and Enigmail both have implemented permanently decrypt as "Save decrypted Copy" this is intended to be more secure by leading the user to e.g. save the decrypted copy to a local folder.

GpgOL currently only can do permanently decrypt in place. There was no User Experience reason for that, it was just implemented this way because it was easier. In the future this should be changed.

MAPI Namespace has a pickFolder method which can be used here.

Hello, if I understand the issue correctly this issue is about saving a decrypted email as a file to a local disk and not to Outlook? We would like to save the mail as a file like a normal mail file.
