GpgOL: Enable "File->Save As" also for mails opened in their own windows

Description

In a recent version we have fixed "File->Save As" from the Application Menu. But "File -> Save As" is also available when a Mail is opened in its own Window.

Our fix also needs to be applied there.

This was implemented 0d2db8b81ab24e2ab02d7ba6832cabd07b72f852 in Gpg4win-3.1.11 but does not work reliably.

Needs more work.
