Outlook plugin GpgOL causes Outlook not to include message body into reply email

Hello,
this is quite annoying problem. When I have GpgOL enabled and click Reply (or Reply All) on an email containing images which I have not downloaded, the Outlook produces a new draft message where body only contains the header of the email which I'm replying to. No other text or images of the email I have received.

For now, I have found two ways around the problem:

  • download images of the received email
  • disable GpgOL plugin

If I do either one of those, I'm able to get a reply message containing the body of the received message. However, I don't like any of the workarounds, so I'd prefer this problem is addressed and resolved.

Versions: Windows 10, Outlook for Office 365 v16.0, Gpg4win 3.1.10

Hi,

Thanks for the report I tried to reproduce this but cannot reproduce the mentioned behavior. So for now Low priority until we have found a way to reproduce it. I have tried unencrypted and encrypted mails and it works as expected.

Could you maybe add some screenshots or more details about your mail setup. ?

To demonstrate what I tested:

GpgOL should only handle replies to encrypted but unsigned S/MIME mails differently because that can be a security issue.
