This is a reminder that the "Send public key" Option from Kleopatra does not work with Outlook and GpgOL.

I left the Option in there to say "Export to a File and attach that file" but we could also put the file in the Clipboard so that it can be pasted into the Mail Window.

It's a documented security decision by microsoft not to allow attaching any files so without further security features to ensure that only pubkeys can be attached we should not open up Outlook with a way to signal GpgOL to create a Mail with an Attachment.

But this has low priority as I think we need to attach the pubkey in a different way.
