After changing the language to English, the application is still half in Russian.
Microsoft Windows 10.0.17763.1039, system lang is russian.

Thanks for your report. Yes this is sadly a known issue. Our backend system has it's own localization that uses the system language and does not care about the Kleopatra configuration.

We should modify Kleopatra so that it also reconfigures the backend when the language is changed.

You can get further improvements if you change the environment variable "LANGUAGE" to "en_US" or "C".

I launched the Kleopatra again. I did not notice any changes.
