GpgOL: After a mail is printed the categories are not readded

Description

Once a crypto mail is printed out the categories of GpgOL are not readded when the mail is viewed again until outlook is restarted.

This happens because changing printers looks to us like a finished print job as described in T4890

Thought of a way to at least mitigate it. When a mail is closed we know it's not printing.
