Description

when gpg.exe is used alone, and it doesn't find the iconv.dll file (i use gpg.exe alone as gpg -c for some files) it says :

gpg: error loading `iconv.dll': Le module spÚcifiÚ est introuvable.

The link doesn't link to an existing page on GnuPG.org

How To Repeat

use gpg.exe alone on windows like gpg -c somefile
the link that appears in the warning message doesn't exist

Fix

either put the iconv.html file back on gnupg.org or change the error message to point to the good file.
