When you generate a key with the smartcard interface of kleopatra it fails to move the created secret key on windows. I suspect that is because of a usage conflict as this only happens on windows. I'm also pretty sure that this worked once upon a time

As the original is left around and placed in the gnupg home directory I don't think this is critical.
