I am using a MAC and I unable to decrypt files when they are sent from a Windows. I have already discussed with your colleagues from GPG suite and they recommended me trying to find the answer on your side.

The file was encrypted with GPG4win (Kleopatra). This happens in the situation when nor my friend and me are using each other public key. This is more from the perspective of a quick encryption. Simply going right click --> encrypt + password, then sharing the file with someone using GPG or GPG 4 win without having to share the public key. Note that decrypting a file on a Windows when sent from a Mac works fine.

I would be grateful if you can put me on the right path.
