On WinowsXpSp3, GnuPG 2.3.2 could encrypt and verify, but not decrypt. Gpg-agent.exe do not start to provide the window to enter passwords. This renders 2.3.1 the last usable (but crippled, cannot be used in bat and cmd file) version on winxp.

Since winxp is not supported, I have set wontfix. This is just a notification.
