GPGOL doesn't work in English Outlook

WindowsXP Professional, SP2

When I installed GPGOL in a platform with both Windows and Outlook in German language, it works smoothly.

However, when I installed GPGOL in a German Windows but English Outlook, the encrypting part doesn't work (decrypting part is working fine).

I guess this might be a problem of conflicting path names but don't know how to fix it.
