Completely lost ability to create PGP Keys

Description

I used to have the option of generating PGP Keys up to 4,096 key size. That function has completely disappeared.

On Windows 10 and on Debian 11 Stable AppImage

GnuPG via apt 2.2.27
libcrypt 1.8.8

3 instances (2 laptops) both lost the ability to generate PGP (except via terminal).

The question is what type of key you created when it worked for you. You can still create RSA keys with 4,096 bit key size and I guess you older keys were also RSA keys.

In the screenshot you can see that you can choose between different key types (Key Material). If you choose RSA you can set 4,096 bits in the drop down menu on the right.

It's like the option went missing ... it jumps right to RSA.

Was there a UI change that took place. I can't seem to find any.

Or perhaps I created all of them with gpg - - --full-generate-key and had the options I'm used to seeing.
