gpgv does not support --exit-on-status-write-error

Description

gpgv does not support --exit-on-status-write-error, so there is no way to know if one got all of the data from gpgv or if the stream was corrupted by a transient ENOMEM or similar.

gpgv returns success iff the signature is valid. That is the whole purpose of this tool.
