could the newer jq255 Elliptic Curve be interesting to implement?

Description

I have recently read about the jq255 elliptic curves (from the NCC group), and I think if it would be interesting to support those curves in libgcrypt.

AFAIK it is not in the standards, but there is an IACR eprint 2022/1052, and I see a reference implementation as well as an specification

I would like to know if this would be interesting to increase the list of elliptic curves currently supported.

Well, I do not yet see a use case for this. The current rush towards PQC makes it unlikely that newer curves will get in widespread use. Iff we have a large application which requires this curves, we can reconsider,
