Encryption Failure - General error

Windows XP, Outlook 2003 SP2

Description

When trying to sign and encrypt, or just encrypt,a message, I get prompted to select a key, then passphrase, once I OK that I get a dialog box "General Failure", General Error. I have attached a screen shot. This happens every time, no encryption, no signatures, nothing.

How To Repeat

Standard sign and/or encrypt a message.

There are several reasons for such an error. Please take
this problem to a mailing list, either gnupg-users@gnupg.org
or gpg4win-devel@wald.intevation.de.

The information you submitted is not sufficient to even
guess what's going wrong.
