IncidenceEditor: no way to show or change sign/encrypt state of iTIP message

Description

Currently there's no way for the user to manually enable/disable signing and or encryption of an iTIP invitation the same way it's possible in KMail composer. Equally, there's no visual indication of whether the invitation will be signed or encrypted.

Merged to master for 23.12 as it includes new UI and translations strings.
