Gpgme CVS does not compile

Description

A fresh CVS checkout of GPGME does not compile with an error
message about missing libgcrypt.vers.

As there is no such file in the repository, and a libgpgme.vers
file was added at the same time as the offending line in
Makefile.am, I assume that's the correct file.

With the attached patch, gpgme does compile correctly.
