Hello,
since licensecheck(1) failed to handle "GNU Lesser general Public License" I went over the copyright headers and cleaned them up. Patch set is against GIT master as of dc1c916da4ba3960495bca450d8f4bc6897d9167.

Ah... it fails by make check because it does change the text in tests/basic.c which requires update of hash value.
I'm going to take care of this regressions.
