KMail: 6.0 attachments are not automatically encrypted anymore

Description

If I write a mail in kmail and select encrypt and have attachments it does not toggle encrypt for the attachments. Only sign behaves as usual.

I tested this and the result reas

If we would ship KMail this would of course be critical. But if it is not some setting weirdness and you can reproduce this needs to be fixed ASAP.

Version is 6.0.0 24.02.0

To reproduce:

-> The attachment will not be encrypted unless you explicitly set the checkmark.
