Kmail 6: configuration trouble

Description

Hi Daniel,
there seems to be configuration trouble with KMail 6.0.1 as least for me and other users.
This also prevents me from setting some options for encryption, see the upstream report.

In my estimation it is a major blocker for Kmail usage,
though I do not know how the situation is triggered, it maybe okay for users for a while that have a working configuration.

Andre said to me that it would be okay and potentially preferred to have important defects that affect the safe usage of Kmail here as well, so you all can manage it better.

This has been fixed meanwhile. (I can confirm the fix with kmail2 6.2.1 (24.08.1))
