Installing (updating) to GPG4WIN 4.3.1., GPGOL does no longer show up in Outlook 2019.
Outlook was closed during installation.

GPGOL is not even shown within COM-Add-ins.

Trying to add the addin (gpgol.dll) does not work, neither from "bin" nor from "bin_64". Outlook states: "... ist kein gültiges Office Add-In"
