Kleopatra always selects the first filter in the list in this case, which can be different depending on the system's language, as the filters are currently sorted alphabetically. Instead, the "All" filter should be selected. While this isn't entirely correct either, since the list doesn't really show *all* certificates, it is less likely to confuse users than showing e.g. "Expired Certificates", as would happen for german users.

In the future we might want to add a custom filter here that shows something like "Imported Certificates", but I'd consider that out of scope here to get this bug fixed quicker
