gpg ignoring --gpg-agent-info

Description

gpg ignores command line argument --gpg-agent-info when communicating with agent.
Documentation states that --gpg-agent-info overrides environment variable
GPG_AGENT_INFO.
patch to fix issue is attached.

As discussed today on the ML, the removal of the option is on purpose.
n short: The option never made sense, ise useless and makes use of the tools
even more complicate becuase using this option in a conf file would override the
regular environment variable and thus requiring applications to take care of
checking the conf file.

gpg2 is mostly compatible to gpg 1.4 but well, mostly.

2.0.2 will print a warning if this option is used.
