Allow reencrypting email and email folders

Description

  • Make the EWS integration in the client more generic as we need to do more requests than just sending email (get list of of folders, fetch email, send modification)
  • reencrypt protected part with --add-recipient without modifying the signature
  • Copy non encrypted files also in the new folder
  • Support multiple keys

Someone should test whether gpgol2 is able to reencrypt all subfolders of a given folder. The file reencrypt tool (current name "recipients" "hugh") does this already.
