An option to allow creating OpenPGP keys and subkeys with a given timestamp
would be useful. It is unlikley that such an option makes sense for gpgsm as a
CA will probably reject or ignore those attributes anyway.

While we are at it, we should make sure that the self-signatures are written
with a timestamp close to the time given in the keys creation time. This is too
avoid leaking information about the used platform.
