poor error message when pinentry can't be invoked

Description

When gpg uses gpg-agent which tries to invoke 'pinentry' specified in
~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf and cannot, this error is displayed:

gpg: problem with the agent - disabling agent use

The error is very generic, it should say something about 'pinentry',
particularly that it couldn't invoke the specific executable.

You need to check gpg-agent's log file. We can't be more generic because the
agent is a generic concept and may or may not use a pinentry. [I assume you are
using gpg 1.4]
