Kleopatra: Wrong tab order in smart card window

Description

The tab order in the smart card window is unexpected. For OpenPGP and Netkey cards both.
Tab order should follow the reading order from left to right, but the card actions are currently the tab after the "reload" icon.

And (I see this for a Yubikey) on the second go around with "tab", only the empty slot is cycled trough, the two slots which have a key are not selected. Only on the first round after opening the smart card window those slots are selected when cycling through the items wit "tab".

I have explicitly chosen this tab order so that tabbing through the informational fields on the left isn't interrupted by the "Card Actions" button on the right. The alternative would be to put the "Card Actions" button in the tab order between the last informational field on the left and the table.
