It would be nice if GPA could (optionally) associate itself with gpg-related
files such as signatures, encrypted files
and keys, in gnome-vfs.

Is there a portable way todetect a GNOME environment and a way
to do this for a non-GONE application?

Is there still a gnome VFS? This wish is a bit too old. Re-open it if you like.
