A text email is sent asking for the encryption of the content with the
addressee public key to the tool GnuPG 1.4.6 WinPT 1.0.1.

The PC is so configured: Windows XP and Outlook 2002 SP-2.

The email received by the recipient is not encrypted at all even if the sent
items box contains the ciphered email.

I discovered also that the GPG performs the correct email encryption only when
there is an attached file.
