GPA not decrypting "sign & compress" files

Description

Hi,

GPA is not decrypting "sign & compress" files. It actually DOES decrypt & write
the file, but rather than exiting cleanly, it kicks-out an error that says
"[filename] contained no OpenPGP data". When you click OK, it then deletes the
perfectly good file it just wrote!

GnuPG from the command line works properly.

Using MEPIS/Ubuntu Linux (Dapper)

Confirmed with curent SVN trunk. Actually decrypting should either throw an
error for a non-decrypted file or silently continue to check the signatures.

With current SVN you get at least a proper error message. Could be done better,
though: We should probably have only one button for verify+decrypt that does
always the right thing.
