Kleopatra: Remove "Backup secret key" from the context menu

Description

We want to reduce the number of items in the context menu to the ones used most often.
As "Backup secret key" is seldom used, it should only be accessible via the file menu any more.

This is a follow up of T7581: Kleopatra: Create team key
