When sending a message with either "GPG encrypt message" or "GPG sign message"
selected in Outlook, Outlook crashes and generates a "Microsoft Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close" dialog box. This happens
consistantly on the workstations I've tested it on. The debug file from one
host is attached.
