As noted in https://dev.gnupg.org/T6096#217545 for the 5.0.2 versions the trustlist.txt file will not be created with the "include default" entry (plus additional blurp) if the trust is set via the pinetry-dialog questions after gpgsm -k --with-validation on the cli.

trustlist.txt is created as expected with the blurp + "include default" at the top as expected if you establish trust in Kleopatra via Certificates -> "Trust Root Certificate"
