Seen with Gpg4win-5.1.0-beta658 (and test gpgol.dll from 2026-07-20):

The encoding is broken for the message "Empfänger auflösen" which is shown when sending a crypto mail. Similar messages are affected, too.

Here the case of sending signed and encrypted:

Choose "Always show security dialog", otherwise the message is gone again immediately.
