Description

kconfig provides the kreadconfig6 tool which allows dumping the config entries of a KDE application similar to gpgconf -X. It would be very useful for debugging and support if Kleopatra could use this tool to dump its configuration.

There's now a second predefined command (kreadconfig6 ...) in Tools->GnuPG Command Line.
