gpgme: Handle new SIGINFO status line

Description

gpg and gpgsm do now emit a SIGINFO status line with the signature creation time for bad signatures (see T8364: gpg does not emit creation time of bad signatures). This information should be parsed by gpgme.

Can be tested as in https://dev.gnupg.org/T7786 by checking that for bad signatures the signature creation time is shown.
