when decrypting a file stored on a CD or other read only media, with the option
to write the decrypted file in the same folder as the encrypted file, the GPA
reports decryption successful but does not write the decrypted file to the
source folder because it is read only. Please have the application check to see
if files were successfully written before reporting decryption success.
