A Russian user reports that in the context menu of his file manager the GpgEX entries are rendered wrong.
It looks like the issue is not with the file manager but with GpgEx, which apparently does use legacy functions instead of the unicode API as the detailed description at https://github.com/FarGroup/FarManager/issues/1129#issuecomment-5645323028 explains.
